Dropbox is a very useful tool that allows you to upload and share your data to the cloud.   I know most of you already know  of this service so I won’t dwell on that.   Being an iPhone user I did have one major issue with it.   There were certain photos that I wanted to upload on the the cloud but not all.   Previously,  the only way to do it was to launch the app,  browser through the folder and upload the file from there.

Step by Step:
1.) Launch App
2.) Go the folder you want to upload to
3.) Click the upload button
4.) Choose source folder (Photos/cloud/more
5.) Select the Photo then Upload

That’s a lot of steps.  Alternatively you can just auto sync your photo library and have a every photo you take upload.

The UPDATE:

Now,  I am glad you can finally just go directly to your photo album, select photo you want to share and click the save to Dropbox icon below.

Then select folder where you want to save it to and that’s it.

This will definitely make it faster for you to store files you want on Dropbox and make them accessible on your other devices and to the people you have shared that folder with.

Here is how to activate this function on your iphone:
1.) Go to any photo,  select it and click the share option the click more.

2.) Turn on the Dropbox share option

You only need to do this once and you are good to go!

Now you can share files through dropbox a few steps shorter than you used to saving you some time!

Please feel free to share if you found this useful!

Sige-Sige,  Ayo Ayo!
