Microsoft hires former Amazon cloud executive Charlie Bell

Microsoft has recruited Amazon cloud leader Charlie Ringer as a corporate VP, CNBC has affirmed.
The move addresses a triumph for Microsoft, whose Sky blue cloud business is attempting to take share from market-driving Amazon Web Administrations.
Ringer was viewed as a contender to become head of AWS once Amazon picked Andy Jassy, the AWS President, to lead the entirety of Amazon. Chime had a place with Amazon’s S-group of top pioneers, and his obligations as a senior VP included estimating, programming improvement administration activities and monetary outcomes, CNBC revealed recently as Ringer left Amazon.
